These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Syndeavors website and platform. By accessing the site or using the platform, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any business you represent.

Syndeavors (“Syndeavors,” “we,” “us”) helps owners and their advisors package like-kind businesses into market-ready acquisition opportunities. “You” and “your” mean the individual or business accessing the site or engaging our services.

2. Use of the site and platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the site and platform for the syndication, diligence, and reporting purposes for which you engaged us. We retain all rights not expressly granted.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the platform in violation of law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or another business’s data room; interfere with the platform’s operation; or use it to store or transmit unlawful content.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syndeavors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site or platform.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
