This Privacy Policy explains how SYNDEAVORS LLC (“Syndeavors,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when a business (“you,” “your”) connects its accounting system to the Syndeavors platform and when we aggregate that information into secure data rooms for syndication, diligence, and reporting.

Who we are

SYNDEAVORS LLC is a Nevada limited liability company (Entity Number E55599272026-3), registered agent and principal office at 1433 Samuel Way, Reno, NV 89509. We provide a platform that aggregates financial and operational data from a business’s connected systems into secure, access-controlled data rooms used for syndication and diligence.

The information we collect

Accounting data you authorize. When you connect your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s “Connect to QuickBooks” flow, you grant us read-only access to your accounting records. We access only the QuickBooks accounting scope, which for our purposes covers:

We do not request or access Payments, Payroll, banking credentials, or any write access to your QuickBooks. We never see or store your QuickBooks username or password; authorization is handled entirely by Intuit’s OAuth 2.0 flow.

Connection metadata. The QuickBooks company identifier (realm ID) and the OAuth access and refresh tokens Intuit issues so we can retrieve reports on a schedule you agree to.

Business and contact information. Details you or your representatives provide during onboarding — company name, contacts, and the syndicate or engagement the data belongs to.

We do not collect personal financial account numbers, government identifiers, or consumer credit information through the QuickBooks connection.

How we use it

We do not sell your data. We do not use your accounting data for advertising.

How we store and protect it

We rely on the following processors to operate the platform, each bound to protect your data:

We share your accounting data only with the participants of your specific syndicate or engagement, according to the access rules you agree to. We do not disclose it to unrelated third parties except as required by law.

Data retention and deletion

You can disconnect Syndeavors at any time from within QuickBooks (Settings → Apps → Disconnect), or by asking us to disconnect. On disconnection we stop retrieving data, discard the stored tokens, and call Intuit’s token revocation endpoint. You may also request deletion of the accounting records we have aggregated; we will delete them except where retention is required by law or by the terms of an active syndicate engagement.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about your business, and you may withdraw the QuickBooks authorization at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Material changes affecting connected businesses will be communicated to the account contacts on file.
